    Are your products clean?

    All our products are natural and contain 100% natural and organic ingredients, and we have a no compromise approach when it comes to quality, efficacy and safety. Our products are naturally formulated to contain no synthetic fragrances, artificial colours, silicones, sulphates, parabens and mineral oils.

     

    Are your products organic?

    It is our mission to source the finest natural ingredients, and where possible we choose organic suppliers. We source from small and ground-breaking producers throughout the UK and Europe, which front-runs organic certification regimes. Not every natural ingredient is yet in those regimes and certifications sometimes lag for small and innovative natural ingredient producers. 

     

    Do your products contain animal derivatives?

    We use a single animal derivative which is our Organic Honey Extract for its benefits to the skin.

     

    I am vegan - which products are suitable for me to use?

    Products suitable for vegans (and contain no Organic Honey Extract) are: Wake-Up Droplets, Serenity Salve and Merry-Berry Plump. Also, our Masking Brush is made with man-made fibres, which is vegan friendly.

    Can I pay with Clearpay?

    Yes, all our products are available to purchase via Clearpay. Refer to Clearpay for details on payment terms and conditions.

    How much does shipping cost?

    Shipping cost of individual items is shown on our product pages. We offer free UK delivery, and complimentary international shipping on orders over £100 GBP.  

     

    My delivery still hasn't arrived. What should I do?

    Not to worry! Drop us a message at ciao@siadriatica.com and one of our team will be able to sort that out for you.

     

    My product arrived, but it's damaged. Who should I speak to?

    Oh no! We're very sorry about that. Get in touch at ciao@siadriatica.com to speak with one of our team. 

     

    Why is my country not on the shipping list?

    We aim to ship our products to as many countries as we can, however we are unable to process some orders due to import restrictions for cosmetics (skincare) in the following countries: Spain, Romania, Portugal, Poland, Malta, Italy, Greece, Croatia, and Thailand. This list is not definitive, and it will be updated according to up-to-date customs regulations.

    It is our customer loyalty programme, as we appreciate your support. You can join us by clicking on the 'gift box' icon at the bottom left of your screen, and follow instructions in the pop up window.     How can I earn points and redeem rewards?

    Points earned:

    Spend £1 GBP = receive 5 points

    Sign up to our newsletter = 100 points

    Follow us on Instagram = 100 points

    Like us on Facebook = 100 points

    Celebrate birthday = 200 points

     

    Redeem points:

    £5 discount = 500 points (that is £100 spend) 

    Free Shipping (maximum shipping cost of £12) = 375 points

     

    Can I exchange points for money?

    No, we do not offer money exchange for points earned. 

     

    Are there any extra benefits?

    By being our Saintly Club member, we will frequently add free gifts with your orders, offer special promotions and preferential shipping rates. 

     

    Can I claim loyalty points retrospectively or use multiple discounts?

    We are unable to add points on orders placed prior to your joining us. Likewise, either a discount code or loyalty points can be used with an order, please do not use both as you may still lose your points. Should this happens, let us know and we can adjust your account.
